As of January 1, 2022, all clients who are uninsured or self-pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care with Made Well Mama Physical Therapy & Wellness, PLLC, have at the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care. All costs for services are listed on the Made Well Mama website and online booking page.
